Hershey = crap Mexican chocolate made for gheys!
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 84774389 It's not Mexican. It does make a good Mulee sauce. The original recipe was from a burnt pot. They decided it had a unique flavor and that's what Hershey's WAS. They ruined it a long time ago, it was good until maybe 1987. I despise most of the high end flavored chocolates but nothing has replaced Hershey's although I don't eat it anymore . It's about time people do. It's all about the coco and where you get it and how you cook it. Like all corporations Hershey's -Marrs sucks and lost a lot of quality over the years. I don't eat grocery store candy anymore. I miss Reeses cups from 60 years ago, they were so good, nothing like today. I know how to make those and it is really easy. Put a stick of butter in a pan with one small jar of peanut butter, mix in confection sugar (I believe it is 50/50). Once blended, pour in graham cracker crumbs - that is the middle. Pour melted milk chocolate over the top. Nice!
