Extra copy of an X and Y chromosomes ending up with a XXY or XYY Biological male. There's a whole lot more than you think. One in five hundred men for Kleinfelters and one in one thousand for Jacob's.

Both are high functioning, one employed, the other in a responsbile volunteer job. Nice enough kids when they're not melting down or praising Faucism.
