In my opinion Trumps remarks on the warp speed vaccine cannot be understood outside the context of the 2020 election steal, uniparty coup d'etat against Trump and the imprisonment of 1000 Trump supporters for the Jan 6th "insurrection."

By all appearances, post-coup Trump is reciting a script on the vaccine that Trump doesn't appear to believe, his supporters don't believe, and even his son, Don Jr. speaks against.

In fact, to understand Trump, one is compelled to parse his unequivocal support for a warp speed vaccine and Trump's equally unequivocal demand that all vaccines be optional (never forced) for those who want them.

Why then is Trump reciting a script that few believe and less believe as time goes on and vaxx death/injuries go up?

I speculate that the coup plotters after January 6th anticipated Trump would pivot to a anti vaxx position and bring in 80,00,000 supporters along with him fighting the vaccine.

That would of course destroyed Big Pharms'plan to make forced vaccines as normal and America as apple pie. While dividing the country into vaxx and anti vaxx camps.
