What are my legal ramifications if I post the name and pictures of the shooter and parents
Of the Virginia teacher who was shot by the 6 year old. The child will not be prosecuted and the pictures are taken by me in public.

Shaming blacks for their violent behavior is racist and probably a prosecutable offense. Disturbing the peace with a hate crime enhancement.
