I’ve seen Lew Whites stuff, and agree it is cultish. I used to think there was something to that Natsarim, but I moved away from that from studying on my own. At one time I thought that those in cults, or following them, were individuals sincerely seeking the truth, but it dawned on me years ago that they are more likely to be suffering under the “strong delusion” that God sends to those who refuse the truth, as mentioned in 2 Thessalonians. Thank you I will consider, some say it was at the time of passover. The Christs birth should be celebrated daily. Like a moring and evening sacrifice in a tabernacle and when bread is broken.

So, here are my thoughts on this.

Pagan rites and worship were introduced into Jerusalem, they didn't originate there. To see where they originates from, you need to see who was in control of Jerusalem during Christ' time there.

It was Rome that was in control of Jerusalem when Christ was Crucified.

Yes, the chews wanted him killed, but the Romans found the spread of Christianity a threat to their Pagan practices and didn't look favorably on the schisms it caused in their jurisdictions. The Christianity that followed Jesus was an instability they were loath to deal with as it spread.

During Jesus' time in Jerusalem, Roman pagan influence would have been what the people would have embraced. This would have been where the Harlotry stemmed from, aside from other pagan customs predating Roman occupation.

It was ultimately Rome that destroyed the second temple. So, while Jerusalem was caught up in playing the Harlot, The Mother of Harlots, which introduced the people of Jerusalem to Pagan custom was in fact Rome, During Jesus' time there. The harlotry didn't originate in Jerusalem it was imported. Instead, it was Christianity that originated in Jerusalem through Christ, and it was the pagan practices introduced by Rome that Christ continually chastised the people for adopting, before they eventually killed him

Rome has a sordid history of persecution of early Christianity. Even today, Rome has edifices from antiquity located throughout Jerusalem showing their continued effort to dominate the region.

I speculate that if the Vatican in Rome were to ever be destroyed, Rome will seek to headquarter itself in Jerusalem as a means to enforce it self appointed title as supreme religious authority over humanity as a whole.

History shows that eventually Rome, unable to eradicate Christianity, adopted it, but incorporated their Pagan traditions alongside it, making up the Roman Catholic Church we know today.

One of the starkest changes they made to Christianity was to change the Sabbath day to Sunday. This should starkly stand out, because in doing so, they set up Sunday in place of God's ordained Sabbath which is Saturday.

In doing this, they effectively changed times and laws of God, warping the observance and professing it as truth.

It is also the Roman Catholic Church that claims to hold all moral authority for Christ here one earth. A claim that by matter of reason places the pope as an equal to Christ who has no equal here on earth.

Today, The Roman Catholic Church is by far the greatest contender for being the Mother of Harlots in our time, not Jerusalem, who was held under the sway of Rome during Jesus time.
