FUN FACT: When I delivered potatoes to frito lay Dallas, TX from Palatka, FL they put my tractor trailer on a hydraulic platform that lifted the front of the unit into the air and washed the potatoes out with a firehose.

I visit a factory of one not too long ago. I was like ew the way it looks like and the whole process to make them. It was like process chips. It was gunk pass from different machines. One gunk was in a bowl 🥣 and it kept stirring the gunk around. Then it was pass in another bowl mix with something else. The chips were not made of potato. That's for damn sure.
