This is it. Think of it as a game, role-playing. You've been through it before. Wasn't all the crap they taught you in K-12 school as "social studies" pretty conformist crap? This is the next level. They love social studies mindset, and almost all administrators and principals in public schools were social studies teachers, rather than useful stuff like English or math.

So play that role, learn about it and its people, get the ticket.

Remember when you interview what we learned from the Project Veritas interview: believe in "all students" and talk about their potential in your job interviews. Don't come with the idea that school is about educating each student to the best of their potential but potentials may differ. Keep slanting it to the idea that the usual recipient classes in society have so, so much potential and you feel a mission to bring that out and give them equity so they don't stand below the privileged whites.

Then once you're in the job, you have to decide how to navigate it. But hang in there 3 years and you get tenure and a job forever.
