The SNP has been a very tightly run and secretive ship in recent years and they have brooked no challenge to authority.

The party has been instrumental in introducing a poisonous schism into Scottish life based upon their One Trick Pony platform of Independence from England. Their overall record of government would not score highly in any independent appraisal.

The missing money allegation has been known about for some time so they have had plenty of time to hide any evidence ahead of today's Police raids.

Bank records, emails etc can all be recovered electronically so let's hope that the Police does its job and we get as close to the whole truth as we can.
