‘Detectives from the Covid-19 National Death Enquiry Team are looking into calls for former SNP Ministers to be prosecuted over avoidable deaths caused by pandemic blunders.

A trio of NHS campaigners passed a file to Police Scotland last month including evidence about three key errors – the policy of discharging elderly people from hospitals to care homes; the "ineffective" surgical masks given to frontline staff; and the use of Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) orders.’
