Training drill maybe? Guy in the video seems pretty happy for a serious situation like this. He’s grinning like a Cheshire Cat.

it requires being in a very unique state of mind to shoot a woman. often a psychotic break or "episode".

odds are this person would not have stopped with a single victim and has planned for or potentially desires to die in a shootout with police.

seeing a MF shot will probably discourage those who think they can just do what they want when they want all willy nilly like. its good for the economy and its good for YOU!

not always tho. not everyones "all there" so to speak. so its good to stop a problem using resources if you have them if they can prevent harm to yourself or others so you have a better chance to live and continue to do your thing.

No. This sort of thing happens here all the time. This is at santa monica blvd,the g@y area. The odd thing is no news helicopters. There would ALWAYS be news vans and choppers for something like this....except they are steering clear
