Sounds like the special effects of a bizarre movie.

I dunno what it is, but they were surveying the sky, so it must have been coming from above, not to the left or right. If it's real, it's almost like music...interesting.

It's not a coal train and even if it was; coal trains sounds not different to regular freight trains. The old line that ran from Mansfield to Bonnie Doon is no longer in operation and the current train is not near that area.

What would be the best guesstimate as to the amplification used to project those omnidirectional sounds. Sounds like very high wattage and if it's a man made event what kind of speakers can deliver such volume......Spreading Saturnian bad I_AM_AN_ILLITERATE_RACIST I_AM_AN_ILLITERATE_RACIST.
