mRNA is not able to alter one's DNA ... it is GENE-therapy

but the SCOTUS has ruled, that anyone who submits to mRNA gene therapy, can NO LONGER BE IDENTIFIED as HUMAN - and no longer has HUMAN RIGHTS ... they can be bought and sold like property, by the Pharmcos that you have willingly become dependent upon to live.
