My wife worked full time from home before Covid 19, during Covid 19 and still doers. She does Data entry. Data Reconciliation and takes Customer Service calls. She is non management. Maybe once a month they get a zoom call or training update from the Main office. There are at least 5 people in her dept that work remotely. Most of the IT dept. for many companies are probably a remote workers also. Most IT people, that I know do work remotely. I also "work" from home, but I have my own online business. I don't generally do Zoom meetings either and no one at my house works in their Pj's. This isn’t about your wife, I believe you missed the point. |
