don't see anything in the 1st pic, but the 2nd pic is quite good. Is there any reference to understand size of the vessel, or altitude the pic was taken?

and what would explain the baby-blue color around the vessel? it's not a puddle, as there is no situation that would cause a baby-blue color, as the sky would always appear to be black.

It's clearly a fish skeleton.
