I don't see a need to worry unless you live in Ukraine and honestly unless there is alot more to this, I don't see anything groundbreaking happening. Russia has made so many threats it's hard to keep track of and they really haven't delivered on any.

The only way something happens is if Russia is using this for a pre-planned attack or to justify something they were going to do anyways. No way I can fathom something like that actually posed a serious enough threat for Russia to change its present course.
