I doubt it is WP.

All the last year, people accuse them of using WP and it turns out to be their well known incendiary rockets they launch.

I have posted the details of the weapon several times in other threads. 922 or something i the name of the shells if I recall.

Magnesium mixed into some sort of pyrogel containing hex nuts that get blasts out of the shells when they go off.

If it does turn out to be WP, it would be the first time.

Ukraine has 3% of bakhmut....not a quarter of it.

Ukraine is launching on themselves trying to retreat if anything is actually happening.

They lost the town after placing artillery in just about every residential building and mining everything to create a kill zone that failed.

I thought Wagner was just handing over Bakhmut to the Russian Regular army.

Kind of a smart move (although his public dissent comments will likely land him in hot water). Since he is upset about not getting enough ammo, he hands it over the the Russian Regular army.

If they lose Bakhmut after that, it is a huge black eye for them and a win for himself. "We conquered Bakhmut and you gave it back" sort of thing.

Ukraine has accused Russia of attacking the besieged city of Bakhmut with phosphorus munitions.

In drone footage released by Ukraine's military, Bakhmut can be seen ablaze as what appears to be white phosphorus rains down on the city.

White phosphorus weapons are not banned, but their use in civilian areas is considered a war crime.

They create fast-spreading fires that are very difficult to put out. Russia has been accused of using them before.
