I never cared much for spam until I lived in Korea, because of the Korean War, they love it. They even give gift packs of spam for Chinese New Year. I like to cut it thin, cook it real brown, like bacon. Melt some sharp cheddar cheese on it and some mustard. Goes great with beer!

pork should not be eaten by anyone

had a bacon sandwich for lunch and french toast with bacon for dinner. then i topped off the bacon grease drippings jar and put the jar back in the fridge.

roasted vegetables with onions few nights and used bacon grease instead of olive oil. it tastes great and has the same good fats as olive oil. when i save the bacon grease i make sure to get all the bacon bits, too. it's very tasty.
