It should be used INSIDE the Whote House, CONgress, and Pentagram, perhaps molded into chairs to help sterilize those motherfuckers. Every soldier affected should mail some to their CONgresswhore and watch the 'anthrax' hysteria light up across the Nation for something we have been told is 'harmless'.
