You need to get educated on how the system works. Those are appointed positions that need to be confirmed by the Senate. Do you really believe the Senate, which is part of the swamp, would confirm a Trump appointment that wasn’t part of the swamp?

Over 1,200 presidential appointments require confirmation by the Senate. So OP tell us exactly how to president can drain the swamp when he needs the swamps confirmation to fill the positions?
