How were thousands of tons of mRNA manufactured for billions of doses?

The drug companies don't actually manufacture the stuff - it's outsourced to DoD facilities to make it, and since apparently Pfizer didn't give the military contractors good enough instructions to skim off the pure mRNA, every Pfizer shot is loaded with plasmid DNA. The genetic material is up to 1/3 DNA which isn't supposed to be there.

Moderna doesn't have this problem, just Pfizer according to testing which somebody finally got around to in 2023.

It was a kick back scam, they sold it to hospitals and the doctors got kick backs from giving each dose. The hospitals were forced to give doses they get money from the government or state itself and the hospital gives money back to the government to pay for dosages.
Its money going back and forth unless im wrong, but the kick back part isnt wrong.
