What is one COOL thing you found that improved your life?

Something simple, easy to implement that made an actual difference?

I have had problems breathing through my nose which caused snoring and general issues of fatigue. I used to wear two nose strips before bed but really didn’t help much.

Drs were of no use and wanted me to use a cpap machine, take anti inflammatory drugs and steroids which I refused.

Read on glp about wheat allergies and cut out all bread. I also found a nasal irrigator called NAVAGE that uses a saline solution to clean shit out of my sinuses.

Within a week I could breathe again. Energy level increased, snoring stopped (which my wife appreciated) and I just felt great overall.

No bread/gluten and a five minute daily nasal cleaning literally changed my life
