NW Florida here. The invaders are decimating deer populations by using illegal traps.

The take a section of chicken wire cloth and suspend it like a tabletop about 2 feet off the ground. They then throw apples and other attractive food under it so the bucks will stick their head under the wire and then get their antlers tangled up when they try to lift their head.


The invaders also have no respect for laws. (obviously)

They kill deer year round, and especially target the fawns. My dogs regularly drag up deer fawn heads with pelts attached that the invaders discard in the woods near my home. (3 in the last year)
