Said this about two hours ago in a presser.

Can’t seem to find any context, or the question that was asked, Google is heavily censoring this.
(Never thought I would live to see Censorship become a common thing in America)

It does would line up with other signs, such as Ukraine saying they will start issuing criminal warrants to have other countries force Ukrainian men back to Ukraine to fight.
