Dr. Martin made that presentation May 3, 2023 I believe. I remember hearing all of that (from him in a video) near the end of 2020. Even though he spells it out well (he also links all of the patent numbers in the video I saw and I'm sure in the slides he talks about in this video), he doesn't speculate on the motives of the people that made and deliberately released covid-19 or their motives.

He stays 100% out of the speculative realm - I respect that!
