It has no additional constraints like engines, wings, fuel and in free fall can achieve quite the speed, although not hypersonic.

The Russian missile must have fuel, wings, engines and cannot afford to have the mass of heavily reinforced penetrating body. The entire missile only weights 10,000 pounds with a conventional warhead.

But still I believe my point is valid as the GBU-57 even with double the mass (lets assume that with the weight of the fuel that the kinhzal loses the GBU-57 is 5 times heavier) it will not be supersonic so lets say 0.9 mach...while the kinhzal would be 12 mach. Its more times the speed that the weight and besides that the formula for kinetic energy states that speed brings more energy than weight.
