A Kinzhal will not do much to anything 150+ meters underground, so obviously fiction. 2. Why would NATO have a meeting in Ukraine, putting 'Lots of USA and Western generals' when they could have it from the safety of a NATO country? Obviously fiction. It was reported in MSM as Russian misinformation, distributed by Russian trolls. I guess we found another. If the Russians are intercepting communications meeting in person is the only secure way to talk. They have to meet in person regardless, you can't direct a war over Zoom. |
