I should have been more specific, yes, I haven’t remembered a dream in many years, now, it’s just different I suppose bc I can’t remember, no lingering thoughts as I open my eyes…

I've read that if you consciously tell yourself that you will remember your dreams when you fall asleep, you literally will.

I do that. I also keep a journal to record my dreams right when I wake up.

I've had some dreams where parts have literally come true.

Eight hours til nothing happens.

Before 9-11, around two weeks before, I had a day off from work and was cleaning my house.

I felt incredibly tired and so I figured a short nap wouldn't be a bad idea.

I fell asleep super fast.

While I slept I saw a tall building on fire. Firemen were running into the building as it burned. Suddenly the building crumbled to the ground. I even started crying when I saw this happen in my dream.

When I woke up, tears were still rolling down my cheeks.

I shared the dream with people on another forum where a few of my friends hung out.

Nobody had an answer for what the dream was about.

Two weeks later 9-11 happened.

When the buildings collapsed, I knew that this was what I dreamt about.

Interesting for sure. I've heard of similar stories prior to 9/11.

All these firefighters had packed up and left earlier and now they've come back and shut the road off again. I'm really wondering what is going on.

I've made up my mind. I'm going to shower and eat and leave my house until later this evening. Just seems too strange to me.
