That is not a tiny house. I grew up in a 3 bed 2 bathroom 1350 sq ft house. There was six of us. And we had a den as well as a living room. Not huge but plenty of space to spread out. Didn’t have massive closets or bathrooms or kitchen. Normal size. So we had more space to move around.

Terrible price.

When everything is said and done this house will cost six figures easily. Not cheap.

I just priced all materials complete (excluding mep’s) including pier foundation for 1300sf 3b2ba stickbuilt hardee exterior and architectural shingles for 60k
