They only have power over you if you give it to them. Satan and all the demons of this world are little scared beetches, they are powerless. They are scared of us. When you take back your power and stop feeding them they can t do anything.

Correct but if you pissed them off you are now marked to be a target for life. Demons love revenge and retaliation and they have no concept of time so they can wait to strike again.

I lean towards what Castaneda talked about in his books …

We are magical, interdimensional beings. We have just lost our way. We got stuck in this world / reality and have forgotten how to leave. Our purpose is to discipline our minds, gain control over our energy body and restore our ability to travel between dimensions again.

How we lost our way is up for debate, but I think the UFO / alien phenomenon is related in some way.

I know Castaneda is a controversial figure, but I have first hand experience of a lot of the things he talks about his books. As a person, he was flawed, but there is truth in what he wrote.

The key is to train your mind to be silent. Your thoughts are what shape this world and keep you imprisoned here. When you learn to discipline your mind then new possibilities open up.

Silence can be trained in two ways …

One way is to ignore your senses all together. This is what most psychedelics do. They shut off the part of your brain that processes your senses. However, it is hard to control this process and can be dangerous to your body and mind over the long term. The safer way to do this is through meditation, using a process similar to the Ganzfeld Effect. Look up how they do those experiments and try to duplicate them at home. You’re basically drowning out all stimuli using white noise and a uniform visual field.

The other way is to get into a flow state. You need to focus on one thing to the exclusion of EVERYTHING else. This is what pro athletes do when they get into the zone or when you do movement meditation like the previous poster mentioned. However, since this is physical, it is hard to maintain this state over long periods of time. An easier way is this …

Turn off your phone and find a quiet and comfortable place you can sit for 20 minutes or more. This also work better at night, in darkness. Close your eyes and imagine a white dot at the top of your visual field. It doesn’t need to be visible or even that clear, you’re using your imagination to do this. Now slowly draw a white circle in the darkness. It is important you do this slowly and try to make it a symmetrical circle as much as possible. This will be hard to do and because of this it will require your entire focus/awareness to do this one, simple task. The side effect is it will silence your mind.

If you repeat this over and over for at least 20 minutes, and do it every day, this will naturally silence your mind. It will stimulate your energy body too, because it is your energy body that is drawing the circle. You are training it with this exercise and slowly getting more control over it.

This produces a very subtle effect at first. You will begin to notice your life is a little bit easier and tends to have more positive outcomes (without having to do anything else). Things more often go your way. This is because you’re gaining more control over your mind and the thoughts it produces.

Eventually things get a bit more bizarre. You will start to have visions and see worlds that are not of this reality. One day you can even cross over into them.
