I haven't mine looked deeply into mine yet, but I'm most definitely going to be....I mean, I only have so much stress in my life these days - everyone should get to retire TODAY and PLAY! - but still, I have experienced grave stress during my life, and I know it's taken a toll....heh, I've had a massive heart attack, for only one example....well, and 11 bowel obstructions, due to intussusception, and not being full of shit, lol. I asked one ER doc if being upset and stressed out could trigger the kink in my small intestine to obstruct - which is quite baffling to them how it just comes and goes - and he said most definitely. I noticed that I had always been very stressed out before one. That was the second to last one. I've really worked not to let my emotions and my stress level escalate since then. Bowel obstructions are the very worst....heh, if ya want to curse some asshole, curse them with one of those. They can actually kill you, they're so life threatening. I started fading out one time while in the ER. I stopped breathing and my BP was tanking....the freaking dehydration that happens is the very worst. I think it almost killed me. They could barley get any blood out of me, it was so sans liquid....glub, glub, glub, it would slowly come out. Lawdy, a half hour to draw blood. The heart attack, too. The week before it I was hugely stressed....horribly stressed. I partied on GLP that night, drinking and trying to blow off steam, havin' a good ole time, logged off, and had a full blown, feeling every symptom to the hilt, heart attack. At one point before the wahbulance arrived, I thought I was going to pass out, but I have a strong constitution, and gathered my wits. But our guts really do take the brunt of our emotions and our stress, youse guyses. Our hearts and our guts, and the stress we put them through.... Don't youse guyses know that it's stress that's the real #1 killer? It's the foundation for all dis-ease, and dis-ease that goes beyond our bodies, into our energy bodies, too. It causes such a breakdown in our bodies, and we usually don't realize it, until it's too late. And I am speaking from experience, multiple levels of experience, eh? I'm not blowin' smoke up your skirts here, alright? This thread IS important. The quiz is just a jumping off point for you to get some idea of the areas of your body and life that might be a little messy, or a lot messy. I think it's a rare person who isn't experiencing a great amount of stress these past three years, and it's going to kill us if we don't get it under control. Heh, and now I've got another post to write, because it's taking youse guyses on a whole 'noter course of understanding what stress is doing to you, ALL of you. cosmicgypsy (OP) User ID: 85788705 United States 06/02/2023 12:26 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I formulated my very own approach to doing my sessions. I am a double Reiki Master, but I don't practice anymore....there's only two of the symbols I'll use, if I get in a pickle, but that's it. The Cho Ku Rei from the Usui method if I'm having a hard time connecting, and the Rama symbol from the Karuna method if a neg attachment gets nasty with me....or I call on AA Michael, who's right there to cart it off, screamin'.... I'm moving on with the new energy and my new way, because I have to, otherwise I'm not as effective, at all. The energy that flows through me when I "tap in" is very high end and it is so very wise. It knows exactly what to do....but that's not about the chakra sessions I'm now doing. That's about another form of healing I do, ousting neg attachments and thought forms, severing cords of attachment....most often I get to meet people's inner kid, too. They're most of them bereft, as well. It's pathetic. They are so being ignored, and they are a vital part of our psyches. Perhaps if you knew your Inner Child was tied into your intuition, perhaps then you'd pay more attention to them, eh? One of the things I'm able to do is read chakras and get them open and functioning, sometimes it takes an energy pill, but I get them open....and from a distance, makes no matter how far. I'm "intuitively on" when it comes to chakras. Brother, I went through all that, just to get to this....I'm a tad bit baked on my canna oil tonight, up later than usual.... Ahem.... For the past over a year EVERY SINGLE PERSONS solar plexus chakras I come into are in pitiful condition, either all muddy and murky and mucky, or just dark....no light in it at all, shut down, and out on an extended vaca, somewhere where the sun is shining on it, eh? Your solar plexus are there to help you manage with your stress, it's about your sense of self value, not to be run out of its "lemon yellow sunshine-shining juice" with an avalanche of stress piled into it....jeebus.... And yeah, I didn't get a bead on my own solar plexus until after I retired, too. I know aaall about it, getting the stress under control. This is a critical situation for us, the stress we've been under, and our solar plexus' - which does govern our gut, among other vital organs - are taking a mammoth beating, due to what?....STRESS....Boo! Hiss! Bah! This is an article I just found that I like. It's about the symptoms, and steps you can take to open, and get your solar plexus healthy-- [link to biokplus.com (secure)] --but there's an avalanche of info about all the chakras on the net. From my perspective as a healer, the crown, the solar plexus, and the root chakras really need to be healthy right at this time. They are all of course important...but I find myself most often coming into a person's solar plexus right away....they really are screaming for attention, youse guyses, and of course the crown and root go without saying....most people's roots are not in good shape, either. Almost everyone's crown is mostly good, though. Yay!....heh, but I don't work with just anyone, too. [The crown chakra] controls your connection to spirit, as well as your sense of universal consciousness, wisdom, unity, and self-knowledge. [link to www.yogajournal.com (secure)] [The third chakra, the solar plexus] energy center governs our ability to be confident, assertive, and make decisions from a place of inner wisdom. It is also the key to unlocking our personal power and building a strong sense of self. [link to www.arhantayoga.org (secure)] [The root chakra] provides you with a base or foundation for life, and it helps you feel grounded and able to withstand challenges. Your root chakra is responsible for your sense of security and stability. [link to www.healthline.com (secure)] With those three healthy and functioning, any other chakra is going to fall into place....unless there's some sort of trauma associated with the chakra, and what it governs. I've just recently run into a second chakra with it's lights completely out, and it wasn't budging....I was about ready to throttle it, lol. I'm joking, but it was a bugger. I couldn't even get an energy pill deposited into it - the ONLY time I've been told no when I requested an energy pill be deposited (wow!) - because this person had to completely throw in. My person had to do some work in the form of afformations, and they got it open themselves, and somewhere within three days time. I was THRILLED! This is my ultimate goal, to get people to see that we can heal ourselves, and nearly effortlessly....at least with the "essence" of traumatic damage - heh, this found in the chakras - I know it can be done....because my person did it! And their still working other afformations for their third eye chakra. They are the type of go-getter I LOVE to work with.... I'm really not sure who it was more of a win for that I came into their second chakra wide open and functioing, me or them!.... But I'll tell ya, being an energy worker in itself is a stress reliever....again, not that I have a lot of stress, but I come away from them relaxed - hmmm, I'm going to see if I don't experience the angina I've been experiencing after a session - even if I'm concerned about this, that, or the other thing about the session....this last one was/is difficult, but all but one are open, and that one may not be able to open due to a medical reason. Heh, it's kinda been like a puzzle working with this "my person," one that's almost solved.... Harhar, and if you read this entire post, you are a CHAMP!.... More harhar, I have got to lay down now. My head sooo wants to meet my pillows. ....please let there be no posts I've to respond to.... You never change things by fighting the existing reality. Anyone offering pat ways to deal with stress is most welcomed. Breathing deeply into your lungs, is probably number one on my list of reducing stress, especially stress that reaches up and knocks the snot out of you without a moments notice. In those moments, the best one can do before moving forward is to take a few deep cleansing breaths, which brings calm to the body, and to bring the heart rate down. I underwent Biofeedback training in the 80s. I could shut down a screaming loudly siren - which automatically insights a physical response of increased heart rate and flight or fight response - in about 10-15 seconds. Through the controlled breathing I learned, I could reduce my heart rate to normal in seconds....heh, I was good at it, and quick. The mindlessness of meditation is also very helpful, especially over the long course...it kinda trains your body to go into a more calm and relaxed state more easily, or just to be in the state of calmness more than not on a daily basis. For some it takes work to learn to meditate, but if not given up on, it's a fantastic stress reducer....and many other things, if open minded. Heh, I was told decades ago that I walked around in a state of meditation 24/7. That's how productive my meditation time was back then, and I do attribute it to the Biofeedback training....pish, all I had to do was take three deep breaths, and right out of my body I would go, wandering free. ....now I've contracted this lung disease. I have scarring in my lower lungs. It's called interstial lung disease, it's not caused by smoking - it's ground in either genetics or autoimmune issues - and they say it's incurable....and I can't take a deep breath like I used to.... This is eventually going to kill me - three to five years is the projected longevity of life with this disease - but I don't care about that as much as I hugely care about my inability to take a deep breath while alive....it's a big bummer, eh? I've always relied on my breath work since waking up three decades ago....relied on it like my life depended on it even. Does this cause me stress? Boy howdy, it did right after the diagnosis. I went fully into a dark night of the soul, for about four days. It was awful, and I literally terrified myself with some of my thoughts. After snapping out of that however I've been fine....I eventually will need to find a home for my crap monster kitteh, and a home for my rocks and crystals, but anything else of mine is immaterial to me. Heh, I have little to no stress about dying, and I'm actually looking forward to it when it's my time. I think it's going to be an awesome adventure, eh? Thank you.... Quoting: cosmicgypsy It seems as though these things pointed out go right to the core, huh?....very appropriate. I hope more people take it, and join in the conversation. Well fuck, now my little anxious heart and nervous system doesn't quite seem like anything of note at all. If I couldn't take my long even breaths throughout my sometimes long winding days, Id be a goner soon, but I couldn't really fathom it, how I would face it :{ I am not really at odds with death either, it was always life which caused me to ponder my direction and place in this estranged little pocket of time in our history It will be an awesome adventure, I've seen it firsthand, I catch glimpses in dreams or afterimages of my little trip back into this now, my eyes and mind can't even keep up, it's so wide and free, startling, disturbingly so, when the reality of this singular human experience sets in again .Truth made names in the world, and without them we can’t refer to truth. Truth is one and is many, teaching one thing through the many... .It won't be seen or understood as something particular. Rather, the kingdom is spread out upon the earth, yet people do not see it.. |

The response to my input was the detoxification area....I'm an orange one. There was a difference of about six symptoms from then until now, but I thought it was a very interesting quiz result. Still, it wouldn't hurt me to think about doing a detox protocol. As well, there's just a lot of very educational material about the area your stress is taking its toll on your body....like A LOT of info. If you suffer from Adrenal Gland Syndrome, you're going to want to visit this site. It appears as though it's there specialty. This is an awesome site, and the quiz is a jumping off point to learn more about your body's issues.... I got orange too. You’re right. A detox might be good. |
