And it struck me because I've never heard that. I've heard of the "love language" thing, like 'gifts', 'affection', etc but never 'sex'. (I think it's a book).

I agree with you. For me, sex is love, and after it I feel bonded to the girl. I'll do a lot for her - anything but marriage since that's a state controlled contract. I'm still seriously in love with a girl that seduced me many years ago. She showed love and I bonded with her. We'd be together even today if she wanted that.
