I Turn 62 today, but look 22. Should I offer advice?

It's so easy it's hard.

No potions or products.

The info has been available for a long time.

Best part is the past 5 years, where I watch youthening and healing of major trauma.

I won't go on unless anyone really would try.

It helps to be young in the first place.

You likely just need glasses. It's like the old lady who believe her facts were silent and odorless.

Her first visit to the Dr. She got a hearing aid. The second visit was to an olfactory specialist.

That is the one thing people don’t get enough of. That should be priority number one. Working in it myself. I’m such a night owl.

Unfortunately it is virtually impossible to keep a modern day job and have enough sleep at the same time.
