Here's a shout out to my 86-year old Mom...who deftly dodged a firetruck that was being driven by a millennial moron.

My Mom, like me and her father, are professional drivers.

Papa drove until he was in his 90s. Super safe driver even as old as he was. I have probably saved dozens of lives as a professional truck driver over the years by not panicking behind the wheel. I also have never been in an accident. My Mom, too. She has a perfect driving record.

This week, my 86-year old Mom was driving my sister to the the store when all of a sudden, a city firetruck came at them head on; the driver had crossed a double yellow line and was now on my Mom's side of the road. The fucking millennial moron driver of the truck was speeding and did nothing to react when my Mom's car was suddenly right there and just a second away from getting creamed.

Mom deftly dove the car off to the right and the firetruck just missed them. Luckily, no car was to the right, so my precious mother saved herself and my sister from certain death by a fucking idiot city firetruck driver. My sister said that Mom didn't panic. She took control of the situation...at 86-years old!

Good job, Mom! I'm so proud of you!
