I think during this the guy had a mental break. Have you ever been in a subway car with someone or someones who were behaving oddly? It is terror on the train. And you can move out of the car because it's dangerous to do that and because you don't want to call attention to yourself by getting up. No one is taking the subway anymore and it's very costly for people not to take it. Everyone in ny is afraid. Remember the fox reporter who had his face rearranged?

I've traveled a lot around this planet, and many times I've come across either someone who's passed out, or dead, and I always get the heck away from them. Half the time it's probably a set-up for a robbery, especially if it's in an alley, or an untraveled place.

The deceased was THREATENING other passengers with DEATH, saying he was going to k!ll them. His history proves that his threats should be taken seriously, as his rap sheet shows that he assaulted and attacked at least 40 people over time, seriously injuring more than a few!
