yeahsure here's the problem. The victim did not attack anyone. You don't get to kill someone just because he is having an unstable mental episode.

Lessoned learned, don't kill the mentally ill in a liberal city, even by accident or self-defense. It's going to cost you allot of $$. Those big city tweekers are on the verge of dropping dead at any time due to health problems and if they happen to do it while in your head lock, you will be prosecuted...period. If there was a weapon involved by the Tweeker, then it's a different story.

The deceased creature was threatening people telling them he was going to K!LL them, and his rap sheet shows that he was capable of it too, causing multiple women serious injuries in the recent past.

Now that creature will no longer threaten or attack and injure anyone ever again. Daniel Penny is a hero.

Help but NEVER NEVER NEVER ever call the police.
People need to start accepting this. You are on your own. Take care of business, and don't get the compromised
authorities involved. Once you complete the task disappear into the shadows and never speak about the situation ever again.

You people are strange.

He killed someone who did not try to attack or kill anyone else. Someone threatening or acting crazy does not justify their murder.

I agree with the submission hold, but why didn't he let up?

Common sense says that he took it too far. Now he is facing the consequences of his bad decision.

BTW, would you all agree that the mentally ill woman in Toronto should have been killed. She was actually assaulting people.

I think during this the guy had a mental break. Have you ever been in a subway car with someone or someones who were behaving oddly? It is terror on the train. And you can move out of the car because it's dangerous to do that and because you don't want to call attention to yourself by getting up. No one is taking the subway anymore and it's very costly for people not to take it. Everyone in ny is afraid. Remember the fox reporter who had his face rearranged?

There's constant unresolved deaths all across the US.

You're a fucking idiot if you get the police involved, and then get persecuted by Liberal sodomite scum.

disgust2

I've traveled a lot around this planet, and many times I've come across either someone who's passed out, or dead, and I always get the heck away from them. Half the time it's probably a set-up for a robbery, especially if it's in an alley, or an untraveled place.

One of my idiot friends found a black man floating face up in the surf, and he tried to give the guy CPR, when he didn't respond he turned him over and saw that the back of his head had been crushed in, and after the police arrived, my friend became the prime suspect.

DOrolleyes

This is exactly correct.

I hate it as well but it is proper.

He should get charged with involuntary manslaughter, same as if you killed someone in a fight.

This was not self defense, the black dude did not touch anyone. If he had, then this guy walks with no charges.

It doesn't matter that the DA sucks and undercharges others people.

All that matters is the facts of this case.

The fact is this guy put his hands on another man, he didn't mean to kill him, but unfortunately the guy died.

The deceased was THREATENING other passengers with DEATH, saying he was going to k!ll them. His history proves that his threats should be taken seriously, as his rap sheet shows that he assaulted and attacked at least 40 people over time, seriously injuring more than a few!

Fighting words have consequences!

I wouldn't be surprised if some of the other passengers on that train car weren't personally familiar with the dusky
menace, perhaps being a victim at an earlier time and letting Mr. Penny know this.
