Also, taking about the guys rap sheet has nothing to do with it, as the guy had no idea what his history or rap sheet was at the time of his action.

If you don't want to get into legal issues, then leave it alone until the words turn into action.

I mean the guy is smirking as he's choke holding him like he enjoyed it. You just can't run around and kill someone because you deem them a threat, unless they're outright shooting people or in the act of killing someone.

Think about it, that's why he lost. It was a full jury, people convened on what happened. They did not see him as a threat where it justified him losing his life.

Absolutely correct. The jury found him guilty, because he was. It wasn't self defense, so he can't use that, and you're right he didn't know anything about the guy or his history, so it's just not a good idea to go take the law into your own hand and start choking people out. Well, I guess I never saw this original post about this incident but this tells me all I need to know. Thank you for the post. Hopefully, there are some people in New York that will stand up for him and protest.

The guy died because he was stoned and was showing violent drugged power .. Just like George Floyd.. He had to be stopped just like Floyd before he hurt some innocent people.. Both their hearts stopped from the restraint (Needed) to stop their violence.. it was their drugs they were on.. and their violence.. There was no way to know how to stop them with some sort of restraint / release/ restraint and release to keep their sorry violent asses alive

You know the vid leading up the the chokehold is not released yet....all you saw was the aftermath....if it shows a credible threat then its different story....we also haven't heard what the other passengers felt on the train....
