As reported by British newspaper The Daily Mail, Kaichen Ma, a 21-year-old student from China, grew obsessed over a Muslim woman he had met after going on a date with her. According to prosecutor Matthew Bean, the pair had allegedly met at a nightclub back in September 30th of last year and exchanged contacts, before deciding to go out together.

At the time, they visited a Turkish restaurant for dinner and went to the cinema. But as he was walking her home from their meal, he allegedly tried to kiss and touch her arm.
