Firing a hypersonic nuclear missile at Ukraine wouldn’t give Russia any value in defeating Ukraine.

first of all, nuclear weapons will fly, and for excellent strategic purposes, but it is of any human value that the missile should fly. they're not going to fly in one country, they're going to fly in several. the eu, africa, the United States China Taiwan everywhere. I imagine they will only be the smaller ones for tactical purposes dispersing armies approaching. nothing's going to be left to fire smaller than that, what do you expect? throw rocks when you have nukes? Putin is leading us down this rabbit hole and he's going to bring the walls in on top of us and cave us in. we need only follow him into this mad realm.

The list of planned deliveries includes 110 Leopard-1 tanks, 20 Marder infantry fighting vehicles, 18 Gepard tanks, 4 Iris-T anti-aircraft guns and 26,350 artillery ammunition.

Reconnaissance drones, radars, tankers and trucks were also promised.

But so far, neither Marder, nor Iris-T, nor trucks have been delivered to Ukraine. Kyiv received only 10 Leopard-1s, one air surveillance radar, 12 Gepards and 850 artillery rounds, as well as 8 ambulances.

Also Germany supplied 11,000 rations, three unmanned drone sensors and five metal bridges for the Beaver bridge-laying armored vehicle.

So now, Zelensky is escalating in order to draw Russia into over-reacting, which would re-engage NATO’s flagging interest.

Ukraine was already defeated.

If they nuked U.S. embassy in Kiev, that would definitely be a valuable military target.

Yes, they'd also kill everyone else in Kiev, but those other people would be just "collateral damage" (to use Pentagon's euphemism for genocide), and an excellent example of what happens when you let Americans slither their way into your country.

Hitting a U.S. target with a nuke, even if that target's as insignificant as U.S. embassy in Kiev, would send a crystal clear message to literally every single capital in Europe -- expel Americans from Europe, or expect the same to happen to you.

Americans like to employ Game Theory on their targets (especially on their "allies", which is why they now rule pretty much the whole of Europe with an iron fist), but that makes them susceptible to the same rules of the Game they're playing.

Unfortunately, Russians are utterly terrible at Game Theory, and just keep making one losing move after another.

It's not wonder that Russians are just about to lose the whole Game (and their lives with it).

Firing it at Washington DC with congress in session would give an amazing amount of value in defeating international demons

Re; Hypersonic missiles...there is no way to know if they are carrying nuclear warheads or not. The other side can just treat any such attack as a nuclear threat. That's the problem, a nuclear response to a conventional attack.
