Most of their line is made in the US.....the imports are mostly from Taiwan....The five or so OKC knives I own are made in the us....There is probably a Old Hickory knife in most homes.....

i have never owned old hickory in my life

although i was tempted off and on over the years and even recently to get the old hickory cleaver, and their 8" inch cook's knife...

but the thought of maintenance of carbon steel... like carbon and cast iron pans gives me nightmares

i like their old school patterns and aesthetics

but unfortunately those fuckers failed to capitalize on it

they could've / should've expanded the old hickory line but they didn't

they could've stamped stainless steel into the same pattern as their carbon steel ones...
