Practice 3 basic boxing skills to be successful: 1. Crouching 2. Ducking 3. Bobbing and Weaving Ali used it to great effect ala the "rope-a-dope" most dudes will get tired of chasing and swinging and that's when you come up and under for the uppercut. Very hard to defend and almost impossible for an untrained fighter. one punch and done. |
