anyone remember the "crazy guy" from Kelowna who would post zakk style about the city govt and talk about the clouds giving him messages?

I can't remember his name but he made vids and would post here.........

he would post photos of clouds that look like numbers or faces and add the numbers up on paper.....

and no its not zakk it was a different dude. just wish i could remember his name.....

he posted a video "smoking a cigarette with god" or something

very interesting dude
