The attempt to get people back into the office for 5 days is just that.. a nothing burger. It wont work anymore.

The good news is- this outdated model will fail and is failing already as more and more people whose jobs can be done from anywhere are doing just that- seeking those opportunities. The companies that have adapted to this new model quickly are winning top talent in their fields, and those who hold on to the old outdated brick and mortar model will lose and lose big, and will ultimately have to relent anyway.

You're forgetting how many businesses are tied up in rent for office space... they're losing billions of dollars.

The company I work for instituted a 3 day a week back to office hybrid schedule that started beginning of August. It has not been received well by employees (over 5000 people in this company).

Some have already left for other companies and many others are looking to leave. These idiots in charge don't care..I think they want the attrition anyways. The only reason I don't mind going in 3 days a week is because it allows me to get away from my nagging gf.

They could offer them free pussy in the office - that is the only thing you would need to be there for. Otherwise, people ain't putting up with cubeslave work anymore and the top people will work wherever they want.

Only the tards that will kill a business will travel every day and show up to a stupid cube.

This is the truth. I have worked from home since March 2020. My coworkers are unrecognizable. I’ve made a good attempt at maintaining weight, getting hair done etc but even I have gained weight.
