I think that Zelensky was promised such a "display of power", by some Pentagon general who blabbered his mouth too soon, because, yes, definitely...

"Ukraine" (U.S.) is, at some point, going to have a grand rehearsal of thousands of drones/missiles hitting Russian cities... just before the grand opening, when U.S. launches thousands of hypersonic missiles (and don't give me that bullshit that U.S. doesn't have hypersonic missiles, because it's had [prototypes of] those since 1980s) from Poland, with most of them being decoys (with conventional warheads, so as to not go to complete waste), but at least 10% of them having nuclear warheads.

At least, that's how I would attack Russia if I was a Pentagon planner... but not before I'd decided whether to invade Belarus or not.
