MASSIVE Burger King lawsuit over whopper claims BK misled consumers w/ false pictures in ads

"The suit claims that Burger King made Whoppers appear twice as large as they actually are in advertisements, while the actual burgers served to customers are 35% smaller than those marketed.

"Burger King advertises its burgers as large burgers compared to competitors and containing oversized meat patties and ingredients that overflow over the bun," said the filing."

Gotta admit they might not be wrong here. The ad Pic was obvious in a test kitchen fresh never wrapped and the ingredients placed slightly on one side (facing the camera angle) as if protruding from all sides.......

But the claim is "reasonable consumers know food advertisements are made to look as appealing as possible" and "no foodservice place is required to make each dish look exactly as it does in an advertisement representation"

So.... what the heck


Shoot I want to sue Instagram and the makeup industry for false advertising as well!!!
