Good advice. You can also supplement with L-Lysine. A good routine is to add the following to your diet: Zinc, Quercetin, Turmeric, C, D, B12. Wash it down with a tonic water everyday to get a little quinine. I haven't heard anyone else suggest Hydroxychloroquine or Ivermectin but it would be worth trying. Why would they solve one virus and not another? |

Then your body's immune system ramps up fights and you develop a impunity till the next time. Now when you take the J shot it suppressed the ability to fightit and like a wild fire building when it does come around it takes off liked a ragging blaze and your immune system has been weakened and unable to fight it off. |
