Many years ago when I was 15, I was waiting for two of my friends to show up in a park who were on the bus and not quite arrived. A real friendly clean cut dude walks up to me and starts making small talk, but all I could hear is cop cop cop because I knew he was an undercover cop. I wasn't doing anything illegal, had nothing illegal, and had no illegal intentions, so I'm thinking this dude is either a cop, or he's a cop - those were the two choices.

So I looked right into his eyes and said, "you're a cop." This took him by surprise and he studdered and smiled, barely getting out the words, "I'm not a cop" while nervously smiling and trying to act normal. So I walked away and my friends showed up.

About two months later, I was waiting for friends again, we were to meet up and head to the roller skate rink, and THERE HE WAS! He walks up to me and says, "do you remember me? You said I was a cop?" I'm like, yep, and yep. Then he says, "Well, I am a cop and I'm really curious to know how you knew that instantly last time you saw me here."

I said, "It's obvious you are a cop and I could tell you were a cop from 30 feet away before you said anything." He's like, "but how? How did you know?" I said, "because when I looked at you, YOU knew you were a cop, and it was obvious to me what you were thinking." He says, "wow, you're pretty good at that!" And I walked away.

So, don't ask me what's obvious because its fucking obvious.
