Immediately before the famine prophesied in Amos 8:11, God says He will make the sun go down at noon and will darken the earth in broad daylight.

He then goes on to describe what He will do to all who are left behind in the 7-year Tribulation especially in regard to Israel.

The sun going down at noon and the earth darkening in broad daylight is not physical but spiritual and is in reference to the falling away spiritually in the last days of this age of grace. The sun going down is a terrible, spiritual darkness that has consumed this planet. This spiritual darkness contains three attributes-

The Satanic Bible rewrites
The famine for hearing God's words
The time where no man can work which is the 7-year Tribulation


We are not in the 7-year Tribulation but the Bible changes which have been allowed by the unsealing of scripture tells us how little or no time may be left. Due to the Bible changes, the light of the Gospel is rapidly decaying and the true light which is Jesus Christ is being replaced with fake religion and apostasy.

Jesus is the light of the world and His words a light under our path. The sun prematurely setting and the earth being darkened in broad daylight is metaphorical and symbolic of Jesus and His grace exiting and judgment on unbelievers commencing in the 7-year Tribulation.

Revelation 22:10 tells us of a time coming when scripture would no longer be protected. The very last warning in the Bible in Revelation 22:18 is the warning about changes to the Bible and then we have the end of this age with Jesus coming in judgment.

And He saith to me: Seal not the words of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.

The word "seal" above is 4972 in Greek and it means-

to stamp for security or preservation,

for security: from Satan


What we're being told in Revelation 22:10 is the word of the Bible will no longer remain secure from Satan in the last days. What does time at hand reference? The last days confirming that time is right now.

What does "seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book mean? That in the last days, the Bible will no longer be secure from Satan.

Read the first part of Amos 8, that gives the time when Amos 8 would be fulfilled.

It WAS fulfilled when the END came upon those people in the middle east and MANY dead bodies were cast forth from the ground.

2 And he said, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, A basket of summer fruit. Then said the Lord unto me, The end is come upon my people of Israel; I will not again pass by them any more.

3 And the songs of the temple shall be howlings in that day, saith the Lord God: there shall be many dead bodies in every place; they shall cast them forth with silence.

What covenant did "The Antichrist" make with anyone? Notice the verse says "he shall confirm THE COVENANT..."

That verse is talking about Jesus CONFIRMING the covenant God made with Abraham. It's when he sacrificed his own body so that animal sacrifices were no longer needed.

No, it’s not. It’s talking about the Antichrist and the covenant he will make with Israel which he will break midway through the 7-year Tribulation when He is cast out of Heaven for good and assumes bodily control of the Antichrist. He hasn’t made this covenant yet because the first seal of the seven seals of judgment has not yet been opened.

I can not understand how someone can read Amos 8 and not see that as a prophecy of Jesus coming and taking the kingdom from those wicked servants that used to have.

The passage even tells us that it would happen when MANY dead bodies would be raised and it's confirmed have happened in Matthew with almost the exact same language.

When someone CONFIRMS a covenant, that means the covenant was already in existence. Do you not know what CONFIRM means? Seriously, not being rude. What do you think CONFIRMATION means?

Paul tells us plainly that Jesus CONFIRMED the covenant God made with Abraham.

Another way to approach this is to reverse the perspective. Does the Antichrist “finish the transgression?” Of course not. Can it be said that the Beast is the one who will “make an end of sins?” Obviously not. Does the Son of Perdition “make reconciliation for iniquity?” The answer is self-evident. Does the wicked one “seal up the vision and prophecy?” He does not. And does the Antichrist “anoint the most holy?” Of course not.

The focal point of the entire prophecy is JESUS CHRIST.

I don't know where this teaching comes from but it is as wrong as wrong can be.

"Seal not the words" means don't make them SECRET, it means that everyone who reads them can understand what they mean.

The contrast to "Seal not the words" is Daniel where Daniel is told to SEAL UP the words so that no one could understand them until the appointed time.

It's called cross-referencing and research, not taking out of context a scripture passage and erasing the entire future 7-year Tribulation period of judgment because you've misinterpreted one scripture.

The KJV has been most attacked by Satan and one example is the mocking of God by making lower-case every pronoun referencing God. The residue of how the scripture used to read is still evident in other translations such as the New King James but that too could change overnight at the rate these changes are taking place.

For example, the restrainer who is the Holy Spirit has always been capitalized below in the KJV until recent. The purposeful spelling errors and use of colons and semicolons are abysmal to read as well.

Him, My, or He is no longer capitalized in the KJV when in reference to God. Other translation such as the NKJV still capitalize references to God but as mentioned, this too could change at anytime. I point this out because "he" in Daniel 9:27 has never been capitalized in any translation ever and this alone tells you this isn't in reference to Jesus Christ. Basic study will also confirm this fact as well.

He does tell us plainly and that covenant has nothing to do with the future covenant Antichrist will make with Israel during the 7-year Tribulation which he breaks midway through Daniel's 70th week.

We only have 69 weeks of Daniel's 70 week prophecy accounted for leaving us one 7-year period (week) to be fulfilled "to finish the transgression, to make an end of sins, to make reconciliation for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy, and to anoint the Most Holy.”. The latter half of this time period is known as Jacob's trouble and again, this judgment has yet to take place.

No, you're not excused. A simple check of "he" and understanding that it's never never been capitalized ever in any translation of Daniel 9:27 will clarify this isn't in reference to Jesus Christ but rather the Antichrist.

I've already clarified this for you in this very thread. If this was Jesus Christ, "he" would have been capitalized. Case closed friend, you people who deny a 7-year Tribulation off of one verse are highly deceived, the most deceived.

Eternal salvation may depend on it? I urge you to read the Bible and the nearly 20% of it that warns about this future 7-year period and stop being deceived by podcasts on YouTube, it's sick. Scripture reveals itself through other scripture so grave mistakes like your misinterpretation above can be avoided.

In Daniel 9:25 and 26, the Messiah will be cut off after “seven sevens and sixty-two sevens” (69 total sevens), beginning with the decree to rebuild Jerusalem. In other words, 69 sevens (483 years) after the decree to rebuild is issued, the Messiah will die. Biblical historians confirm that 483 years passed from the time of the decree to rebuild Jerusalem to the time when Jesus was crucified. Most Christian scholars, regardless of their view of eschatology, have the above understanding of Daniel’s 70 sevens.

God said that 70 weeks had been determined (490 years), but, with the death of the Messiah, we only have 69 weeks accounted for (483 years). This leaves one seven-year period to be fulfilled “to finish transgression, to put an end to sin, to atone for wickedness, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the most holy” (Daniel 9:24). A further reference to the timing of events in the tribulation is found in Revelation 11:2–3, which speaks of 1,260 days and 42 months (both equaling 3 ½ years, using the “prophetic year” of 360 days).
