the Votes (from the Pres of the Senate) and when the process
is completed.


It works like this.

IF JOE DIES before the election Kamala Harris becomes the
candidate

IF JOE DIES after the election but before the INAUGURATION
Kamala Harris becomes President

BUT
IF Joe dies or BECOMES INCAPACITATED
during that 'grey period' when the Electoral College
receives the Votes

but before the process is Electoral College COMPLETED
the Democrats can APPOINT ANYONE THEY WANT to take
Joe's place.

When KAMALA bows out Michele Obama becomes the President
and it is LEGAL
