It wasn’t that long ago at all that the average person neither knew of, nor cared about, the politics of their family, friends, neighbors, entertainers, or the companies they did business with. The idea that you’d never talk to a loved one again, eat at a restaurant, buy a shirt, or not watch a movie because of politics would be laughable to everyone, and nothing short of absurd.

Prior to the war, Wikipedia gladly called Ukraine the “most corrupt country in Europe.” There was a very convenient spot, right in the heart of the continent, to do all the bad shit the globalists could cook up. I can be certain that there are more NATO troops inside Ukraine doing ‘clean up’ missions than there are ones shooting at Russians.

There are a million (bad) reasons for the US to keep extending the war. Profits aside, the big one is there is a LOT in that country that needs to disappear before the Russians (or even the average Ukrainians) discover it.

Prior to the war the US congress called them a corrupt nation and actually refused joint training with them for a while, because of the pro nazi Aztov Battalion.

FFS, did ANY of you listen to what the guy said? Where did he say anything close to advocating for Americans to die for Ukraine? All he stated was that if Ukraine doesn't stop Russia now, Russia could easily continue on and invade a NATO Treaty country. At which time, as per treaty agreement, the U.S. and all other NATO members would be compelled to defend against Russia

I agree with most people that our support financially and militarily is at best misguided. It makes me crazy that we are depleting the U.S. military inventories of necessary weaponry. But Pence said NOTHING about wanting this eventuality to occur. If anything, he is pointing out the ugly truth of the NATO treaty: if any country moves against a NATO member, all members are obliged to respond on their behalf.
