UFO Followed Me Today At 0510 When I took A Friend To Work in New Jersey

Remember the movie The Mothman Prophecies, based on John Keel’s book?

There was a line in there that the character, who was sort of Keel’s avatar, said to the main character who’d been experiencing a string of paranormal events:

“You noticed. They noticed that you noticed.”

If you want these sightings to continue, keep up your interest in, and postings of UFOs here. If you want them to stop, cease doing those things.

The phenomenon is reflective, and gives back to you the attention you give it, sometimes more, sometimes less.

I live a bit north of you, Captain, up past Paterson and not too far from the Wanaque Reservoir, which has been a hotbed of UFO sightings over the years. Whole the big flap was back in 1966, people still have encounters in that area.

Back in the late 70s I was drivingalong the county road that borders the reservoirs and saw two large balls of light, one red and one yellow, swoop down over the water and shoot back up out of sight. Friends who lived in the area often saw these sorts of lights,,and occasionally larger, structured objects.

Oh yes, I know that Wanaque Reservoir is a UFO Hot Spot.

I live in the Pine Barrens and it too is a hot spot.

Last week my friend was followed at 0310 on the way to work. In December, a UFO came out of the lake behind our house.

Yes, I’ve heard the Pine Barrens are a hotbed of sightings, all the way out to the shore. So many sightings from areas like these go unreported; if they were, they’d number in the thousands, I’m sure.

Since you are in an hotspot, j ave you ever considered rigging up a simple magnetometer as an alerting device? These craft almost always generate intense magnetic fields, and I believe there are devices available commercially that will set off an alarm if levels reach a predetermined field strength. I have one that I built from parts, they’re not too difficult to make.

I thought that that could possibly be the Moon at first, but it moves oddly.

It sounds like one of the new UFOs from Heaven. They were most likely trying to deliver the winning Powerball numbers into your head but couldn't lock onto your vehicle because you were doing the zigzag pattern.

THIS UFO WAS THE ONE WHICH I SAW IN AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER AND HOVERED NEAR MY HOUSE IN THE JERSEY PINES.

Meant to add that they’re often seen coming out of bodies of water, like what you observed behind your home. I think they like to hide out in such places, and is why reservoirs like Wanaque are hotspots.

An interesting idea. I must say however, that it is a bit unnerving and we sleep at DEFCON 2. A couple of months ago the dog started howling and going nuts at about the same time the UFO came out of the lake at 0100.

A woman down the street saw another UFO come out of another lake. Now, she's scared.

What we have up here seems to be mostly BOL’s (balls of light), with sightings of structured objects being fairly rare now. It wasn’t that way here 40-odd years ago, as there were many, many sightings, usually at night of “classic” discs and cigars shaped objects.

In June, 2018 I saw a Daylight "Classsic" UFO just south of my house with the sun glistening off it.

UFO’s seem to emit a pretty broad spectrum of electromagnetic and acoustic energy, from very low-frequency audio that’s felt more than heard, to visible light that is often in colors that are unknown, to microwave radiation. On 3 Feb 2019 at 0530 2 Black Triangles hovered over my house at about 800 ft. My friend photographed them and sent the pictures to MUFON.

A daylight disc? That’s a rare sighting, relatively few people get to see one. Decades ago, back when I was doing field investigations in northern NJ for one of the UFO organizations, there was a case where almost an entire neighborhood up in rural Sussex County saw a beautiful disc hovering over the woods at the end of their street at dusk one summer evening. The thing hung there for almost 10 minutes after some kids playing outside saw it and alerted their parents, and before it left almost everyone had a look at it.

Those particular draft seem to have begun being seen in the late 1980s, with very few reports of them prior to that time. Some of them appear to be of earthly origin. Here’s a funny story I remember from back in 1989:

Guy was fishing from his small boat in the middle of San Francisco Bay at night, a ways off San Mateo in the southern part of the bay. About 2 A.M., he hears a low rumble, looks up and sees a black triangle ship about 300 feet above him, hovering. He panics, grabs a Ruger 10-22 he had the boat and shoots an entire magazine at the thing. A hatch opens up on the bottom, a man pokes his head out a yells, “Stop shooting at us, you idiot!”, slams the hatch shut and the thing begins moving off to the south, eventually becoming lost to sight.
