I think this video is fake but a lot of Americans are wired differently in religion. So could be realZ But regardless of that the content is not a proof of a triune Almighty. He’s saying the three angels (or one of them) are the Almighty for doing His job (destroying sodom). And using it for his personal reasoning that his beliefs can’t be wrong (or condemned).

It’s a reasoning that you can say everywhere that an Angel or person is doing the will of the Almighty in the OT now all of them are the Almighty.
